Please note that reservations are strongly recommended to ensure the date and time you would prefer. We can accommodate short notice and walk-in reservations based on availability, so give us a call! 614-847-9477
We have a 10 day cancellation policy. This means refunds and changes in date and time for zip line tours and the adventure park can be accommodated based on availability if made at least 10 days in advance. (That is 10 days, not 10 business days… just to be clear.) For cancellations we can issue a refund minus a $15.00 per person processing fee. No refunds will be awarded for cancellations made within 10 days of your reservation. If you need to make a change to your reservation we can do so ONE time with at least 48 hours notice before your tour date. Please note that your reservation is completely transferable so you can give or sell it to someone else if you are unable to make your tour.
If you show up late for your visit, there is no way for us to catch you to your reserved group. We will not issue any refunds if you show up late.
ZipZone reserves the right to cancel visits due to inclement weather, unforeseeable hazards, or events beyond our control. In these events, we will do our best to re-book your visit immediately or provide a voucher for you to re-book or a refund as appropriate.
