Please note that online reservations must be made 48 hours in advance. We can accommodate short notice, and walk-in reservations based on availability, so give us a call! ZipZone’s address is 7925 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43235. Do NOT use a GPS to find us, the last turn will be incorrect. It will take you the neighborhood right near our tour. We are right off of High Street.

Take advantage of our spring pricing and buy your tickets now – but zip whenever you want this season! Tickets are limited, buy yours today.
Preseason – Purchase a pass in May for just $59. The pass can be redeemed and/or scheduled at anytime this season! Choose Preseason for 1, 2, 3 or 4 in the drop down menu. (If you don’t want to buy a pass and are ready to book a tour NOW at this discounted price add the code PRESEASON for Fri, Sat and Sun and PRESEASON1 for weekdays (Monday – Thursday), when you make your reservation).
Preseason – Tours are $59 when purchased in May and can also be booked for anytime this season. (cannot be combined with any other offer)
Standard – Tours purchased after June 1st are $69 on the weekend and $64 on weekdays.
Please note GROUPONs cannot be used for special event tours like our Full Moon zips or Birding Tour

Cancellation Policy:
We have a 10 day cancellation policy. This means refunds and changes in date and time for zip line tours can be accommodated based on availability if made at least 10 days in advance. (That is 10 days, not 10 business days… just to be clear.) For cancellations we can issue a refund minus a $15.00 per person processing fee. No refunds will be awarded for cancellations made within 10 days of your reservation. If you need to make a change to your reservation we can do so ONE time 48 hours or more before your reserved date. Please note that your reservation is completely transferable so you can give it or sell it to someone if you can’t make it.
If you show up late for your tour, there is no way for us to get you to your tour group. We will not issue any refunds if you show up late.
ZipZone reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, unforeseeable hazards, or events beyond our control. In these events, we will do our best to re-book your tour immediately or provide a voucher for you to re-book or a refund as appropriate.
